Northeast Baptist Association has a Block Party Trailer that Northeast and Morehouse churches can schedule and use for evangelistic events such as community days, block parties, VBS, children’s and youth outreach events, fall festivals and the like.
The trailer contains 3 jumpers, a snow-cone machine, a popcorn machine, 3 tables, a 150 quart cooler, 3 extensions cords, and a large dolly for moving the jumpers. Users are responsible for purchasing snow-cone and popcorn supplies. Left over supplies are not to be left in the trailer.
Cost for rental of the trailer is $150. The money is placed in a fund for maintenance of the trailer and equipment. It is the responsibility of the church using the trailer make to sure it is maintained properly. Equipment in the trailer should be returned according to the pictures on the walls in the trailer.
