Northeast Baptist Association has a Block Party Trailer that NELBA churches can schedule and use for evangelistic events such as community days, block parties, VBS, children’s and youth outreach events, fall festivals and the like.
What the Trailer Contains:
* 3 Inflatable jumpers (with blowers, tarps, tie downs and stakes)
* Popcorn Machine
* Snow Cone Machine
* Small Sound System with mic and cord
* 3 – 12 or 16-gauge extension cords
* Large Ice Chest
* Cart to transport inflatables
* Trailer hitch for pulling trailer is available in the office upon request
Users are responsible for purchasing snow-cone and popcorn supplies. Left over supplies are not to be left in the trailer.
Cost for rental of the trailer is $150 a day and $50 for each additional day up to a maximum of 5 days. The money is placed in a fund for maintenance of the trailer and equipment. It is the responsibility of the church using the trailer make to sure it is maintained properly. Equipment in the trailer should be returned according to the pictures on the walls in the trailer.
